Picking Up My Pen Again!

Writing has always been my thing.

About a decade ago, I had another blog. It was a sacred little corner of the internet where I shared stories about my life and built a beautiful community. We laughed together, processed together, and grew together. That blog held a specific version of me and when that season ended, I let it go.

Not because I stopped writing, but because that wasn’t who I was anymore.

Since then, I’ve lived many lives within this one life. I became a wife. We’re five years in, so we’re not newlyweds, but we’re definitely still learning. I became a mother to two incredible girls who teach me more about myself than any leadership book ever could. I’ve also continued growing in my corporate career, deepening my faith in Christ, and somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’ve been becoming a new version of myself.

I’m turning 40 this year. My body is changing. My health has required more attention. My energy is different. My priorities are clearer. I’m learning that strength looks different in this decade than it did in my 20s and 30s — and honestly, I’m figuring out how to be okay with that.

This season feels more intentional. I’m learning to give myself grace and space. Space to grow, rest, pivot, and thrive.

So I decided it’s time to pick my pen (or keyboard) back up, and I’ll use this blog, to share the real journey! Motherhood and wifedom, faith and fitness, corporate leadership and creativity. I’ll share my favorite wellness practices, fitness rhythms, nutrition insights, and style finds. But more than that, I’ll share the heart behind it all.

This isn’t just about looking good or doing more. It’s about becoming whole.

Thank you for being here. Truly. Whether you’ve known me for years or just discovered this space, I’m grateful you’ve found your way here.

I’m looking forward to growing together!
